Welcome to PloneChix
Here are a few things we feel you should know about PloneChix:
1. Be nice. This is a group based on friendliness and tolerance. We welcome *all* people who agree with
our purpose. Remember, we're not a girls only club; we are a group that supports women involved with the Plone content management system.
2. Participation is as little or as much as you would like/have time
for/whatever.
3. We have a group blog at
http://plonechix.blogspot.com/. If you would like to add your blog feed to the list, please dm @eleddy. You don't have to blog but we encourage it!
4. We've worked hard on our purpose and goals for PloneChix. We strongly encourage you to
read them.
5. We have an IRC chat room on freenode at #plonechix.
6. We also have a facebook group called Plone Chix; feel free to add yourself!
Even if you don't have time to contribute, please take a moment and introduce yourself. We need a way to keep a pulse on the community and see how many women are actually out there. Hopefully this list grows as time goes on!
